Nairobi to the Maasai Mara & afternoon game drive
Depart Nairobi and drive through the scenic Great Rift Valley, reaching the Maasai Mara in time for lunch. In the afternoon head out on a game drive in search of the lions for which the reserve is famous. Dinner and overnight at your camp or lodge.
Full day of game drives in the Maasai Mara
Spend a full day exploring the Mara with morning and afternoon game drives (or an optional full-day drive with a picnic lunch), encountering lions, cheetahs, elephants, buffalo, giraffes and huge herds of plains game. All meals and overnight.
Morning game drive & return to Nairobi
Enjoy a final morning in the reserve before breakfast, then depart the Maasai Mara and drive back to Nairobi, arriving in time for lunch, with a game drive en route if time permits.
